Waze support map update request: Wrong Direction /Austria

Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

This is the user’s request: "Hey, Scharitzerstraße, Linz, Austria is a one way street and waze always takes you the incorrect way. Thanks !!

Hi support team,

the street is actually mapped (since 2022) as a one-way street. There are GPS arrows in the correct direction, so I am hesitant on changing the direction now because of this description of the problem.

Please advise the user to report a map error from the app when driving with a route, so we see the suggested and driven direction in the UR and can check the issue directly with him.
Of course he can contact the community also in the forum.
