Waze support map update request: [Wrong Direction] [FL]

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

[Wrong Direction):

[System doesn’t register the front gate, of this neighborhood, on the GPS and instead will reroute us through the back gate even if we turn on the waze app six feet away (from front gate). EVEN REGARDING HOUSE LOCATED BY FRONT GATE, system will still redirect us to back gate and lengthen the trip by 15 min.

So we are trying to research the issue and are having some issues. We have no Google Street View since it is a gated communitty. Below is a screen shot of the 5 different gates we show in the community. https://i.imgur.com/cVwWnm1.jpg

Gates 1, 2, and 3, are access into the general area., Are Gates 4 and 5 another level of restiction for some people with access into gates 1,2 and 3 or does everyone with access to gates 1,2 and 3 get access past gates 4, and 5?

Also could you give us a different address inside the area for testing of routing? You can send it to me in a DM message if you would like.
