  • Wrong Direction

The user’s request content: User sais that they received a wrong direction from Waze when they go to the address 1215 Jones Franklin Rd #202, Raleigh, NC 27606. Per user, they were directed to turn left at the light just before the building of Wood Isle Road . User added that the building is actually on the main road. Turning before the building will directed the user in an apartment complex which does not connect with the parking lot for the building and if the user just stay on the road for 50 more feet, they will turn directly into the buildingThanks,The Waze Support team

I tested this address with my own app and it routes to the correct location and not the decription given. Their search entry may have come from another source?
I have added parking lot roads for the building in question and updated the house number location. The user will need to delete their search history for this location and then create a new search.
