The correct directions are to turn onto Community Center Drive then turn onto City Park Drive which takes you directly to 2530 City Park Drive, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863- City of Pigeon Forge Wastewater Treatment Facility. Instead of directions to Library Drive. Then onto Garland Harmond Way . I drove by in person today. I’ve made a few changes which I believe correct the issue as described, but the entire area is gated with no public access.
