Does waze voice navigation work in Australia? As in, you can tap the screen three times, or similar and say your destination and it will take your there.
I have been trying it recently and the system keep crashing. And my searches online seem to indicate that it might not be available in Australia.
Ideas?
Don’t know haven’t heard of it? I do voice input of my destination from the search screen but that is it…
I looked for that option in settings recently and haven’t been able to find it.
There was once another feature where you could wave your hand to activate voice controls but again, the option in settings seems to have disappeared.
I am on Waze Beta so it might be related to that.
To answer both replies. There is advertised an option to use triple tap the screen and then say your instructions, but I can never get this to work.
I have looked through waze information and it says not available in all countries.
What I think TG is referring to is where you use the microphone in the search bar and say the location you are wanting. I have found that works for me most of the time. But not particularly well when I am driving.
