Je constate certains signalement comme étant remonté par un certain “WazeBot” (ex : signalé par WazeBot [via …]). J’imagine que c’est un système automatique ou semi-automatique.
Est-ce que quelqu’un peut m’expliquer de quoi il s’agit et comment ça fonctionne ? Est-ce que tout le monde peut utiliser ce système ou bien est-ce uniquement entre les mains des area managers?

The Wazebot is indeed some sort of automation. If you make a report in the Waze app itself, about a dangerous situation, roadworks, … these reports aren’t visible for long. Depending on the type of report, if you can choose the duration yourself, most of them are gone after half an hour, unless other Waze users give this report a thumbs up.
We as editors have a system called “Feed The Waze”. Here we can make these kind of reports on a website, where we can enter the startdate and the enddate of the report, this way we can for example place a “hardhat” symbol at roadworks, that don’t have a full roadclosure.
These kind of reports are sparsely used, not to clutter the map. Do you have a situation somewhere that requires a visible report on the map?
