The content of the following page has been updated:

Road hierarchy and general speed limits

Changes:

  • Section Street updated with new guidance on secondary names for urban network roads, which should now have the full street names in the Alternative names field to facilitate user searches on Waze (due to recent changes in the search engine).

  • New section House numbers — added content about house numbers on streets (alphanumeric format) and Lots. We highlight the update to start using the word Lote (Lot) in full to improve the search experience (and results) for users on Waze.

  • Section Other roads updated with various content.

The Speed Limits and Roundabouts pages have been updated with content regarding the non-application of speed limits on roundabout segments.
