Please update property website to https://www.montage.com/deervalley/
(instead of https://montage.com/deervalley/spa).

The website has been updated. However, I think you were looking at a non-Waze result. The website was set to https://www.montagehotels.com/deervalley which redirected to https://www.montage.com/deervalley. It has never been set to https://montage.com/deervalley/spa in Waze.
