I was thinking about some issues that we should discuss about, and of course that I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions:

Mapping guidelines - Every country has it own set of rules on how to map and name the highways, primary roads, city quarters etc.

Self Management - We receive dozens of Area Manager requests each week from Indonesian users.
In general, we usually approve all requests but the situation as is, may cause reckless editing by new editors. We have a system in leading communities in world (such as USA, Brazil, Sweden, France and so on) which veteran users (usually the Champs), approve new editors and help mentoring them in the first stages. -
Wazers near you - I will start working on implanting a new feature in Indonesia which shows the Wazer, how many Wazers are around him and how many reports were made.

Mapping Guidelines:
I’ve edited the Wiki for Road Naming, but I haven’t got time to do so lately. For City Naming, it’s a very good way if we have naming conventions, considering the nightmares I’ve had in editing messed up namings.
Self Management:
I think the Self Management process is very good to have. There are too many inexperienced users that request to be AMs, only to mess up stuff, screw up road namings, and other stuff. It’s frustrating sometimes to have this.
Please advise the methods where this can be implemented.

Regarding mapping guidelines - I think this forum is the best place to discuss them, decide on a specific guidelines and let the community know using the forums and Wiki.
Once you, The Champs come to agreements, you can publish it.
Regarding self management - We are already starting to work in this direction.
