This has been by far too late in coming, however I have created a form that allows you to quickly generate Welcome Messages to new users given that they have a forum account.

Entering in the information here will allow you to generate two links to send a message, one to the user, one to the state managers.
As for the issues, when you check those boxes, you will receive the following responses:

Current Goals -
Update States with instant invite links (if applicable)
- Will display as “For [state] in particular, you can connect with the community [here]!”
Find a way to automatically update the list of State Managers when they change / as appropriate
- Currently done manually monthly going through the state Wiki Pages. Currently Champs and CM’s are not included unless specifically requested
Make it look nicer
- Vague, but yeah. Always looking for better aesthetic appeal.
Include the ability to add something more personal from the outreaching editor
