I am relatively new to Waze Editing, but I have many years of experience with ArcGIS and cartography. My older brother is a well known Waze Editor for upstate New York and Pennsylvania, WhoaItsPete. I am trying to get access or in contact with whomever locked with roads surrounding Western Michigan University/Kalamazoo area, as I am trying to update the roads, places are parking lots in the area since I am now a grad student at Western Michigan.

I noticed that some of your Parking Lot Roads (PLRs) are not connected at one end, such as Node A at the following link.

Please note how there are not any turn arrows at that node, like there are on Node B.
