A wazer noticed that the township labels are not quite in the right place in the app.
At first, I suspected city smudging but (other than a couple of New Jersey roads and one displaced township name segment), this is not what is happening here. The city layer is not quite right.
Does the waze team have this on its “to do” list at all?

Although the roads in Chadds Ford township are correct, the city layer boundaries of Chadds Ford Township/Concord Township are a little off as you can see from

Birmingham township (formerly Chadds Ford, Chester County) is missing entirely from the cities layer:
