My scoreboard still shows 15828 points however my points waze.com have been zeroed and I can’t do any map updates.
Anyone know if there is a database problem ? Have I really lost all my hard earned points?

The problem here is that the forum is being used as a first line of support. Maybe we as forum participants should stop answering these questions and refer the Wazers to www.waze.com/support? This answer is available in the Quick Help.
We can then focus the forum on more complex issues, feature discussions, and mapping issues.
If they implemented what was suggested at the meetup and coopt a phpBB anti-spam plugin to direct the user to Support and the Wiki on their first forum post…
