White screen and Feedback button only

Hi

In Australia - iPhone 13 with latest iOS and I assume latest Waze as always have auto updates on.

The screen is white with only the feedback button on the bottom right.

The phone is frozen. The app will not swipe up to close it, if I press the right button and left button to turn off, nothing comes up. Volume up and down buttons work.

If someone calls there is no option to answer/ SMS message pop up and you can go in to them, but nothing else - just always comes back to the waze screen.

Have tried various combinations of the side button to no avail.

Tried plugging in to a charger to see if that would trick it into letting me do something.

I think my only option is to let the battery die (which is annoying as it was 100% this morning.)

Does anyone have any experience of this and any suggestions?

Solved, although not that satisfactory.

I have a bluetooth device in my motorbike helmet. Connected that, then pressed a button on the bluetooth device to play music. That then brought up the Emergency screen on the phone and I could power it off.

Thanks for the update, I agree that it should not be a solution, can you please contact our support team (enter to the app, click in the 3 lines in the left top side of the app then Help and feedback)? We do want to investigate it.
