I’ve noticed that whenever I look at the reports tab, it’s always at somewhere between 40 to 42 reports and never anything more. Is this a maximum that’s written into the app? It makes me think i’m not seeing some things on the map & may be missing out on valuable info!
What is your event radius set to?
I have noticed the same. Seems to be an issue with the last couple releases of Waze. My radius is set to the default of ‘All’.
Never really paid much attention to that number, but sure enough if I fire up waze now it says 40.
There is indeed a ‘maximum’ for reports. With lots of broken data connections, the number reports could be more. Indeed this is around 40 reports…so not all reports are always showed.
It should prefer events on your route. Chit chat has also à lower priority…
I never saw this different then it is now, except in the past there was à problem with showing the ‘wanted’ events. Now that’s much better…
I have seen it grow over 40, so I guess it loads the 40 nearest events on startup, and updates with new events that are closer than the farthest one.
I live in Pittsburgh and thats all the number of reports it shows.
I have my event radius set to just 5 miles. I dont really care whats going on 500 miles away.
