我看到wiki中有其他国家语言版本的wiki，但是中文的wiki内容很少，请问我如何想把一些英文的资料翻译成中文的，如何操作？

如何成为区域管理员
区域管理员的职位是要被任命的，为了成为区域管理员，你必须满足如下先决条件并且递交你的申请
预备的区域管理员应该满足：
有几个月的定期编辑地图的经历；
在wiki中已经阅读编辑地图的指导手册，并且按照它操作；
至少5000个编辑点得分；
有一个真实的waze用户名，不是以usa_或者world_为前缀开头的用户名
有论坛的PM权限，并且邮件已经被校验。
在waze论坛活跃，提问题，并且给新手答疑。
区域管理员如果在90天内不活跃，将被自动取消任命。
