You’ve prompted me to discover that this road is closed! Unfortunately as a level 1 editor, Waze won’t allow you to input road closures, so I’ve done it.
It looks as if the sharp turns between the A338 and Meerut Road have been prohibited. Are you able to confirm this?
Since this was your first post, welcome to Waze editing and the Waze forum. 
Have you seen the Quickstart guide?
Map editing experience can be useful, but local knowledge is priceless. Waze works best with lots of editors who really know their own patch, so please don’t hesitate to join in. You will find it a nuisance that some of the roads you want to edit are “locked”, but as you already know, a post to this forum will sort that out.
