Performance issue
Steps to reproduce this issue:
Hello,
I have been experiencing a bug in WME when adding alerts. In some cases, the alert continues to be placed at the previous location where I was working instead of using the segment closest to my current map position.
This happens frequently when handling URs and constantly moving between different regions on the map, especially while adding speed bumps. The expected behavior would be for WME to automatically detect the closest segment to the current visible/selected area, but that is not happening.
I recorded a video demonstrating the issue, both when using keyboard shortcuts and when selecting the alert directly from the menu. So far, the issue is only resolved after refreshing the WME page.
