Doubly important as some UK particulars may not show correctly. So whenever getting a permalink, you should make sure that it is the en-GB page you are on. 
It is also worth noting that Waze seems to still email the “English” page from people who reply to reports via the app.

Update: The editor will now remember the language that you choose, and will automatically switch to it whenever you open it.
