It makes any sort of editing or replying to URs impossible.

Are you running any other Chrome extensions?

Yes but the issue also occurs in incognito without any extensions and in other browsers.

Other editors within the UK Discord are also experiencing this issue.

Ok, reason I ask is that I had a similar issue and I believe I tracked it down to the Bitwarden Chrome extension - disabling that fixed my issue.

Ahh oddly enough, I do use Bitwarden - but the issue persist when BW was disabled.

I’m on a different device today and have been experiencing the same issues on Chrome.

I’ve reinstalled FF (as I figured it could be a Chrome/Chromium issue) and that seems to be working ok for now…

Hi @bn102,

Thank you for your report.
If you’re still experiencing these performance issues on your end end, it will be helpful if you could record your screen to showcase the problem, preferably with the console open so we can see if there are any errors.
In addition, it would be appreciated if you could record a performance profile as described here: Record a Chrome performance profile – Figma Learn - Help Center (the steps are universal, it’s not limited to Figma).

All the best,
Olesya

Thanks for this, disabling bitwarden extension seems to solve the performance issues for me
