I had a appointment in Boston I use waze To go to Boston . I took the Mass Pike but the Waze is not taking me to my appointment when I drive on the pike it tells me every exit I come to. All I want is waze app to direct me from where I live to my appointment in Boston. I am confused. I could get lost very easily. I love your waze. Please let know I can to fix this problem.

Sorry to hear about what the app was doing. This sounds very similar to a problem I had with the app a year or so ago. I had somehow put it into the mode to avoid freeways / highways. After I switched it back to allow that, I was fine,

This discussion might a bit old, but I have a nice suggestion.
Waze was just set to avoid highways or got a bit confused with your exit timing double check your route settings and it should behave better next time. If you ever just want a stress free ride down the Pike without babysitting the app, I’ve seen folks mention Patriots Limousine that will do the Worcester to Boston travel so you can relax instead of yelling at your phone
