Exactly. The dashboard on the world server has the following timestamp on the top:
“Rank, last updated: 1.12.2012, 0:00” (might show 1:00 for you, depending on timezone)
maybe there is another problem now… A lot of server errors are coming up in world.waze.com. (Mainly errors between 500 and 503)
Dashboard and Cartouche just pop up a “The Waze Server has returned an error for this operation. + The Waze Server cannot be reached | [Reload page] [Close]” window.
Papyrus is able to look up city or street name and return a list, but displays no layers (except rosa).
The same happened to me. I had issues opening the forum, too - several attempts ended with 500-internal server error.

It was tweeted to their twitter acount several times in the last hour, but no acknowledgement, only chit chat…

The issue seems to got just fixed.

Hi All, my dashboard reads “Rank, last updated: 1.15.2012, 8:00”.
Server still down?
If, then not completely. After two weeks, the “weekly” Monday-to-Monday gold/silver/bronze users were set according to the 2-3 days old 13-day-sums.
My points (worldmap) are still from 1/14, 1:00, so the issues are not completely solved.

Waze has acknowledged another problem with points calculations. They are working on fixing it.

I’ve got some troubles too.
My points went from 99884 on the 11th, 101963 on the 14th and now, today the 20th I only have 99056…
Why?

It’s in the middle of processing them. Relax. 
Still updating, hm, it feels a bit odd that I yesterday had 99884 points and today 99169 points…
A running update should increase it I think? 
Also noticed that my waze cookie eater meter went from 130392 to 12776…

My points went down 20K…
My 2c: part of the factors are now weighed different, and this is being applied in retrospect on maybe the last 3(6?12?) months of our activities. Maybe mass-editing is now weighed different? We don’t know. Those among us that decipher their daily progress on the scoreboard may need some weeks to find out what happened. But - whatever changed, it changed for all of us, we are subject to the same rules. So there is no need to nag and meow.
Well. I will complain if they change the weight of the different things you do and change it on the previous points.
Regarding future points I don’t care, but changing the past sucks.

It’s not the weights that changed. Particular counts (Alerts, Cookie Eater distance and eaten Editing Candies ()) went down, thus also the lower corresponding points.
