The current location of 74 Bryon road is a half a mile from where it is supposed to be. It is also listed as Newton, which is incorrect, we are in Chestnut Hill. We have lost multiple packages as a result of this. Please help. I pinned the right location on Waze I believe, I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing. Lattitude 42.300860/ N 42 degrees 18’ 3.095’‘. Longitude -71.168313 / W 71 degrees 10’ 5.926’'. I’m not sure if this helps, we are located on the back side of the condo building along the Cemetary, Next to a residential house (78 Bryon Road, Chestnut Hill, MA.) ty
I’ve made a change to improve navigation to 74 Byron Rd. It can take over a week for the map and routing to update, so please allow some time. Previous searches for that address may be cached in the app and don’t update automatically. After allowing time for the update, delete any Saved Places (including “Home”) or search history you have in the Waze app for that address before trying again.
This may not help package delivery drivers, who might be using a commercial GPS system, or a third-party app together with Waze. These other apps often send a set of map coordinates to Waze, not an address. There’s nothing we can do to fix the driving directions, if those coordinates point to the wrong location. Thanks!!
