Wrong Location App vs Editor- Frisco

Hi All,

First time user. Our patients are being directed to Copper Mountain instead of our clinic. When I search for 226 Lusher Court Frisco, CO on the app it takes me to Copper Mountain. When I search the same address in the editor it is correct.

Suggestions of fixing this?

To be more specific. If is search specifically for 226 Lusher Court on Live Map or the App it displays the wrong location. If I search the same address on the Editor, it forces me to select an address from a drop down. When I select the full address it takes me to the correct location.

So on the Editor, I’m unable to search the partial address (226 Lusher Court) to edit that location. I was able to fix this on Google Maps and Apple Maps, but there is no option on Waze and patient was sent to the wrong locatin.

I have added the address marker for 226 Lusher Ct. It should be live now if you want to try searching for it as described below. Livemap and some app search suggestions are from Google Maps. For best results search as follows.

When searching in Waze, ignore all search suggestions as you type. Press search, and choose the destination from the search results. That forces Waze to use the latest info. If you had this saved as work or favorite or you chose it from your search history, you MUST delete it then search as described and re-save it. Search suggestions are often from third party sources with wrong locations.

For best results, search for places by name and residences by address. When you respond with the clinic name, I will get that added also.

I did find the bad Google Maps location at Copper Mountain and have submitted a correction for it. Note that they are unpredictable in approving updates though.

When I look at search suggestions in the app, there are two suggestions for that address. The one that has a dot in the location pin bubble and abbreviates Ct is the correct location in Waze. The bad Google Maps suggestion spells out Court and does not have the dot in the bubble. When I do the full search as previously described, only the correct location shows up.
