When I enter 2205 Ebert Ln, Wentzville, MO, it takes me to with East side of the High School and not even on Ebert Ln, which is on the west side of the school. If I enter 2205 Ebert Ln, MO I’m still taken to the wrong location. Ebert Lane is on the west side of the school. It takes me to Perry Cate Blvd and what looks to be gas pipes inside a fence.
Can someone please fix this? As a level one editor, I do not seem to be able to correct the problem.
My Garmin GPS is correct.

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, level 1 editors are currently unable to make any changes. Waze staff is working through the issue and will provide more information ASAP.
The location issue is a Google Maps error. I’ve submitted the change to Google Maps, but as a volunteer Waze editor, I have little control over if/when Google Maps will process the change. I’ve also added house numbers to Ebert Ln in Waze, so a correct location now exists in Waze. (Waze shows results for both Google Maps and Waze results). The change in Waze should be live in the app in a few days when the map refreshes.
You may need to clear your search history in the app:
Go to My Waze > tap three dots next to address > tap remove. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work. Then re-add the destination. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done you will continue to get improper navigation.

When I request directions to 2205 Ebert Ln, it sends me to to about 2205 Perry Cate Blvd. Which is East of the school. Ebert Ln is a short unpaved road on the west side of the school.

Adding house numbers does not produce an instant fix. At the earliest, this will be correct on Sunday.
Google Maps is still not serving up the proper location. I have added in a Residential Place Point on the Waze side of things. Try opening this link in your Waze device’s browser: http://waze.to/?preview_venue_id=venues.176423300.1763905317.8760012
That should open an info card for the address itself (in the proper location). I too have submitted a fix request into Google Maps so hopefully soon we’ll get more movement on their end to resolve things more completely.

Give that a look and see if that works for you.
KEEP IN MIND, if you set a “Home” or other favorite using the old (bad) location you’ll need to delete that and replace with a new search that factors the accurate location.
