My address is 617 Route 132, Sainte-Barbe, QC J0S 1P0. Waze can no longer find this address, and brings people about 5 km past my house to Saint-Anicet. The location is probably based on Google Maps because it does the same thing. I don’t have permission to fix it on the map. Can you help?

Thank you so much! I couldn’t figure out how to add it myself. It was telling me I needed to be at a higher level or something. Is there a way to remove the wrong address?
I keep getting sent to the wrong location when I put the above address. I’ve sent numerous reports to Waze, Google, and Apple. It was corrected twice, for a few days each time, but keeps reverting to the wrong location. Screenshots attached. First result given says it is 443 km away, but is really 4 km. If I click more results, it currently shows the correct address and the incorrect address, but most people have been sent to the incorrect address. Correct location is -74.22860, 45.17503.
