Good morning, the Oviedo ZBE (Low Emission Zone) will come into effect on January 1st, and I don’t know how to add it to the map.

The Oviedo LEZ (ZBE) are now ready.
They only need to be activated on the 29th or 30th of this month.
However, I have some doubts that haven’t been cleared up.
There are two rings: the inner one restricts traffic for “A” labels, and the outer one does not restrict any vehicles (it will likely also restrict “A” labels next year).
Is this the case?
If so, we can do it in Waze, but the question is:
If the outer ring doesn’t restrict traffic (for now), are there traffic signs indicating entry into the LEZ (ZBE)?
If those signs exist, do they indicate which ring is being accessed?
In Waze, we mark the LEZ (ZBE) so that the app announces that the route passes through the LEZ if there is a traffic sign, which is why I’m unsure about activating the outer ring and what name to give it.

As of today, both rings (inner and outer) are signposted, and they do indicate which ring is being accessed. The outer ring is expected to become operational in January 2028.
I don’t know how they are going to manage having signage that won’t come into effect for another 2 years.
I’ll keep you posted if there are any updates.

Perfect, we’ll refine them as you go along. For now, we’ll activate both rings (as they are already signposted), although the outer ring won’t restrict any vehicles.
