I’m attaching an image for important changes to the Cascina Gobba / Via Padova - Via Palmanova interchange.
The part to be removed means that the road will no longer be there as it will be replaced by tram tracks. The blue lanes under the larger bridge are separated for the two directions of travel. However, as they approach the Padova interchange, they merge into two-way traffic but with 2 lanes: one turning left (right when looking at the map) and the other going straight to continue toward Via Rizzoli. For those coming from Via Rizzoli, a new right-turn lane has been created. The fuchsia part is currently closed off, but for safety, it’s better to keep it, perhaps by connecting it to the new blue one (according to the project it should disappear… let’s take it one step at a time).
