Had a very close friend transferred here for Encephalitis and memory issues. Staff was awesome. As an African-American, I was cautious as to if she'd be treated right since historically, this has been the unfortunate experience for many...She was treated with the utmost of ❤ care. Doctor's and nurses in the Neurological dept. were VERY professional, attentive, caring and AWESOME. Please pay for their parking MASS GENERAL!
