We love HEB but concerned about the substitute/missing items issue. We had a pickup early Sat. and MANY items on the list were missing. Seriously, no tortillas, no deli ham!? It seems to happen mostly on Sat. morning. We say, substitutes are fine but still, many missing items. The crew is always polite and the young lady who we chatted with on the phone was extremely professorial/apologetic. Let's get a manager in the curb side program and smooth this out.
