I took my son to his first game 12/23/17 and he had 2days previous broke his tibia. The first encounter we had was with the parking attendant (Damon). He gave us an option for closer parking to accommodate my son and help him gimp less. Everyone we encountered was so nice, friendly, accommodating, and eager to help in anyway they could. It seems like every staff member was eager to make sure my son was as comfortable as possible. The usher, Nate, was very friendly and took us to our car whenever we were ready; i did not feel rushed or a bother to anyone!! It was such a great experience! We had seats at the top (217 row N) but ended up sitting on the top deck so my son could comfortably sit in his wheelchair. I was very grateful for them!! I had dreaded going since my son's cast went the entire length of his leg. It was hands down the best experience we've ever had...customer service was 100% on! Not to mention that every seat in there is a great seat!
Been three several times after and every time has been a great experience!
