2nd St. N long term closure

I was driving around Fargo today and noticed that 2nd St. was closed, so I looked it up and it appears to be a long term closure (Sep, 2015 -> Fall 2016).

A closure has been added to expire March 1st. Around the new year we should be looking for a definitive date for the closure to conclude.
