There was a routing error found and to correct it I have been removing the reverses on the route. The link shows to short segments that are locked. If someone would be so kind as to unlock them, I can continue removing the reverses.

I fixed what I could see there, then realized you’re Level 3, so I changed the locks to Level 3 for you.
