Straight to the on ramp needs to be allowed

EDIT 2:

The left turn should not be allowed, three user reports can be solved with one disallowed turn.

I disagree that straight through should be allowed. It is nominal for them to be disabled to prevent routing through it since it might geographically be shorter or if GPS coordinates are off and give the ramp higher speed data than the freeway, which granted is not, but it has been a practice of the ramps to disable that turn. There isn’t a street beyond that node that needs navigation to nor would it prevent a recalculation if someone did get back onto the route, the routing server should create the new route for the users.

Makes sense on #2, I just got rid of the error. Fixed 1 & 3, can you relock #1?

Locked again, thanks
