It looks like https://waze.com/en-AU/editor?env=row&lat=-34.12669&lon=150.06257&zoomLevel=15&editSuggestions=e8ec9199-ad15-45ae-9daa-c56d0fa79236 has already been added

The issue is most likely related to the bbox which was mentioned here
and raised in this bug report as well - currently in the works.
I will merge your post to that other bug so we can keep all relevant examples in one place.

Edited: I will move it there once it’s in production bugs.
