New editor here, I feel stupid because this should be an easy task. :?
I found a road this afternoon that wasn’t on the map. When trying to add the road, I was unable to get the junction to snap onto the existing road, so I am unable to add the correct turning information. I suspect that the reason is that the road I am trying to make a junction with is locked at level 2, but I’m not sure. Any help is appreciated.

In the link above, I added Carlyle Ct, but I can’t get it to connect properly to St. Leonard Rd.

You are correct that the road you are trying to join it to is R2 keeping you from connecting to it and therefore keeping turns from being defined. I connected the road for you. This is a perfect thing to ask for help with in the google hangout. We can lower the level and answer questions as you go. Let me know if I did not do it the way you expected.
