I’m a community manager from Mexico and recently started to work for a mexican restaurant chain that opened their first location in Miami so I’ve tried to add this business to the map on a new account following the tutorial available at WME but as I try to save the changes it indicates that I’m not allowed to do so.
Can you help me identify the problem? Thank you in advance.

When attempting to add a place on the map, you need to add within the editable area acquired from having the app running in the area you physically are located. So, if you happen to have driven in that area that you would like to add the place, give it some time so the Waze server can add your drive to the system, then you should be able to add the place. Since you already have an account on Waze that is trusted to edit the map, by being a community Manager in Mexico, I would try to use that account to add the place, as opposed to using an entirely new account. Also, if you could let us know the info, we could add the place for you. ie, the name of the business, address, phone number, etc.
