We’re a new community in Portola springs Irvine Ca. As we patiently wait for all maps platforms to add our address to their platform, we’re missing out on deliveries etc. our current address is 100 Roundhouse Irvine Ca 92618. Attached is a picture where roundhouse is. The current map on waze stops at rosebriar, Please see attached picture, our current location in the picture is roundhouse. There is no st, ave, Blvd, etc. it’s just “Roundhouse”.

OK…I think I’m getting there. Does Roundhouse connect to Tomahawk and Princess Pine, or is there a gap between them?
Roundhouse stops, there is a dead end / middle grass layer between roundhouse and princesspine.
I almost have everything mapped. Is there a map of the neighborhood available online from the developer?
yeah i think they have a site map. I just reached out to the builder, i should be getting it soon. thank you!
alright. Here is the site map. The numbers on the houses are lot number not the house numbers. We are 40 (100). Thank you.

As far as updated routing…once you see the streets on Waze, remove your address from Waze and search for it again. At that point routing should be correct.

If you select the segment or zoom in, you should see the street name. I also added all of the addresses.
perfect. I see the name now. I’m assuming I have to wait for it to update in order for me to search for 100 roundhouse right?
Correct. The road needs to be in the map before routing is completelly fixed.

Just to give you an idea of when to expect to see the roads in your Waze app - it can take between 1 and 3 days for changes such as this to be reflected. That time period can take up to a week at times.

We’ve had some issues as of late with the mapping. For some reason, waze shows Roundhouse and Princesspine connected. Is there a way to correct this? There is a gap (where Roundhouse ends) between our house and where Princesspine starts.
If you look here. there is no connection between them.

ahh gotcha. Yeah i see the gap. I don’t know why some people are routed towards roundhouse to get to princesspine.
never mind, I see the issue now. Apple maps has no Roundhouse. Apple maps labeled our street princesspine. I’ll report it on apple maps. Thanks!
