Our business address doesnt show unit number. My customers are having a hard time finding my location. how can i edit this>? i tried notifying the person who create the address 10 years ago but no response. we would like to add categories and a better description.

Hi. Will identify this to the Florida editors. Normally Waze lists the suite number in the description section and not the address section.
You linked the Google Maps location instead of the Waze one
This is where the Waze app routes a user to when searching for your company name. Is that not the correct location?

If your customers search specifically by the address alone, any program will try and take them to the back section of the shopping center behind McDonald’s, which also uses 2454 as their address.
Hello and Welcome to the Waze Community. When I enter your business name into my Waze app and get a route, it perfectly lands me at your front door.
On the other hand, if I pick the address from your website “2454 N McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater Fl” I get a route that lands me just south of your location. If I pick “2454 McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater Fl”, I get the almost exact same poor route.
There’s a ton of businesses there and that is creating the confusion of where to route when such a large geographic area has one house number, and your customers happen to search for your business by street address only.
That’s a long way of saying, your best bet to get your customers to your front door is to encourage them to always enter your business name in the Waze search. They can also favorite your business for future routes to see you again.

Thank you for the response. We recently acquired the business and updating the website address to show Suit #310. Some people are difficult and we live in a high touristy area so every little bit if extra direction helps.

Thanks for the reply. It is our opinion that the description field for your waze place is perfect as it is. Your website (which is included in the Waze place as well) details those things you want your prospective customers to know. The information in the description field gives pretty clear instructions on how to find your store on arrival at that location.
Unfortunately we don’t have any additional checkboxes we can add to services and our categories are pre-selected.
