Yes you can correct existing roads like if geometry not correct. They may have been mapped when satellite view not as good

I do not think script is needed in an area where where doesn’t exist any road
I’m not sure, but I rename my waze user from alexfrnds2 to alxfrnds and I do not remember what I filled in Map Raid form.
Alexandre , your nickname here is not the one you registered … You probably registered with a typing mistake, so editimg permissions went to the user you registered
