Hi, when you drive with Waze in your city, it will (after 1-3 days) unlock the area for editing with your account.

As I said it takes a few days for the areas to open. It is not us who do it, the process is automatic.
thank you very much … I started to edit but i cannot to approve places adding and my real drive routs because I don’t reach to requested level … the problem is no one in my city reached to higher level to approve places and modify highways

In the meantime I also highly suggest that you use these two web browsers add-ons:

They will help you find editing mistakes that are on your map (old ones or new ones made by you).
I also noticed that you’ve added a lot of permanent (all year, all days, all hours) restrictions. Restrictions are best used for situations where only some days or some hours are forbidden for traffic. When you use a restriction permanently, the segment is almost completely useless because it will not even work for residents or people who can drive there, it’s almost as good as if you simply deleted it and that it did not exist, Waze will just stop routing at the entrance and leave the Wazer to find his own way without providing any further instruction beyond the restriction’s start point.
If traffic is forbidden all the time, except for residents or visitors, you should always use the type called “Private road”, as it will not route through-traffic but still allow residents and visitors to have proper routing until the address they put into Waze.
I’ve also unlocked all Primary Streets that were locked at L3 to L1 so that you may work on them. If you need a temporary unlock of a Minor or Major Highway, please ask.

If the roads are really not possible to access by car, even for local residents then you can leave them like this. I thought you were using restrictions hoping to obtain the same as using the private road type. You may also consider changing them to pedestrian segments in the future but there is no need to delete anything right now. I only meant to make sure you understand how seriously unusable restrictions render a segment.
Let me know what you need help with specifically but I am not familiar with the area and prefer not to map anything only based on satellite imagery when locals who know the area can do it according to their better knowledge.
