Over the past week, we’ve been updating computers to the new Alberta time zone (ABT) which is permanently UTC-6 (no DST). I’m assuming that this may be related to why I found this morning that in Editor, my drives are all showing as 1 hour earlier than they really were. Waze AI (after missing the mark twice with responses) explains that this is likely due to the Waze server having a backend issue translating the timezone from UTC to match my computer’s displayed times. Since our timezone designations are changing right now, but the actual time hasn’t (MDT is UTC-6, and so is ABT), is this something that Waze admins can look into? I need the actual times of my drives this week.
I have passed this to someone on staff to hopefully address, but they are starting their weekend now and might not respond until Sunday.
I did get a response, but it wasn’t very useful.
Since it’s after November 1, I assume you have had a chance to decide if things are working?
