A recent UR has highlighted that the App shows a different city name than that saved to the segment when searching for a road. In this case Little Strand (or any road in the area) is mapped as Colindale but shows as being in Edgware. Even with the map correctly showing the road Wazers may think the App has found the wrong road if they know the district name.
There is no city smudge in this area. Anyone else experienced this? Do we care about city names that much?
If you want to get rid of it, I’d try changing the city name on the road to something else, and then changing it back again. Possibly waiting for a tile update in-between your updates.
