Lost City Name

Warton near Carnforth in Lancashire has lost its City Name, I assume this happened when counties came in because there are two Warton’s in Lancashire. This one had two spaces between ‘Warton’ and ‘(Lancs)’.

I have checked the google form for city names and it doesn’t seem to fit any of the 5 options. Is the simplest way of getting the name back to name a single segment ‘Warton (Carnforth)’ and me then add the name to the segments in the rest of the city? Hi Tim,
Have you completed the form or created the city? If the latter, it doesn’t seem to have got onto the map.
