I just came back from a great vacation up in Maine, which included ATV/UTV riding.
Since there is a network of authorized shared trails for ATV and snow machines, I would think it would be great to have them in Waze. I’m sure there are other areas across the US that could benefit from this as well.
For Maine in particular, there is an online PDF map of the approved trails across the state.

Thanks for reaching out with this suggestion. I know that a lot of people would like Waze to map ATV trails.
riding ATVs and snow machines are very popular hobbies. However, Waze staff only want our app for drivers in cars. We get requests from truck drivers who use our app, to add features for truck drivers, like bridge height and marking roads where trucks are not allowed. But Waze will not do this as they want the app to concentrate on cars only.
