Hello, editors,
We want to bring your attention to a new type of Update Requests (URs).
Soon, you may start seeing new URs being created by the Waze team and our Global Champs. This is part of some internal and pre-beta tests that we are conducting.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in not handling or closing these specific URs. We will take care of closing them ourselves as the tests progress.
How to identify test URs
These URs will be easily identified. They will have a clear note in the text, such as: “PLEASE IGNORE - THIS IS A TEST UR.” Additionally, they will have a distinct icon, and you will also see new filters in the issue tracker to identify this type of UR.
We know everyone is always ready to help, but leaving these URs for us to handle is the best way to help with this project.
While we cannot share all the details about this feature yet, we are looking forward to involving you as soon as possible.
