I’d like a level 5 editor to unlock Bear Corbitt Rd and US Rt 40 so most of Rt 7 at that intersection can be reworked to two streets due to turn restrictions.

Please hold down the ctrl key and click on each segment you want unlocked.
Zoom out to where you can see all the segments.
Right click on the word ‘permalink’ in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Click on ‘copy link address’ and paste THAT permalink into your message.
That will allow us to unlock the segments YOU want unlocked.
As it is, we have to guess.

I’ve cleaned up that area best I could, just need those two parts of Rt 40 unlocked to put the correct turn restrictions in. It was a pretty terrible mess before that, several one way and two-way segments all over the place…
I know we are not supposed to “bump” threads but this still hasn’t been resolved and the recent tile update has made the intersection show up with incorrect turn restrictions.
Please unlock so it can be corrected.
I think I got the needed changes made… Talk directly to “jondrush” about the unlocking… My gut is telling me that the locks are there for a reason (probably to prevent breaking a complex intersection)…

The reason it was locked before was because some lower level editors were messing with the intersection constantly, adding unneeded “left turn” lanes to try to make the “missing road or segment” error go away, even though the geometry was adequate.
It was then decided that that area would benefit from a split roadway, particularly because of the construction that is updating the road to a 4-lane semi divided roadway. Bear Corbitt/Bear Christiana Rd used to be a singular, two-way roadway in Waze going into that intersection. usa_ugi2xnju and myself updated the roadway to a dual, one-way roadway to accommodate the changes–but because of the locked segments on Rt. 40, we couldn’t complete the necessary modifications.
