Can someone with access to beta advise this gentleman out current position in relation to his UR please?

And to this gentleman as well. He’s reporting turn not allowed (despite driving there anyway). There are roadworks there, this slip road is frequently closed and reopened, on daily basis.
Should be reported as blocked road (if anything) not UR.

I know exactly the route being suggested and the alternative. The A610 can be chocca so I suspect that the trip averages for the A610 could well be longer and hence the suggested route.
But I can’t communicate this with the user…
