The segment you highlighted is already set to L1, however it’s worth remembering that when you change a turn restriction you need to be able to edit both the segment being turned out of, as well as the segment being turned into - I’ve therefore downlocked the A678 segment for you, which means you should now be able to uodate the turn restriction.
Please let us know when you’re done so this segment can be reverted to its previous lock level.
