Unlocked. Given the narrow/poorly paved nature of Laund Lane, I’d suggest marking its entire length as private to prevent any undesirable through routing attempts to/from Oakenhead Wood Old Road.
Also, the existing private segment linking Laund Lane to Higher Lane (https://waze.com/en-GB/editor?env=row&lat=53.70752&lon=-2.31432&s=4397597720575&zoomLevel=18&segments=424267881) shows up in streetview as being closed at its northern end by a post, so assuming this is still the case in reality then that junction needs disconnecting.
